Hello all and welcome to my site - The Happiness Trail. I hope this site finds you great.  My name is Benjamin and I originally come from the beautiful county of Cheshire in the North West of England.

Here you should find some cool information about me, what I am up to and more information about my début publication 'The Happiness Trail' .  This is my first book where you will find out all about me, my past, plus nuggets of 'spiritual' teachings that has helped make my life as joyful that it is today.  Don't expect a Holy-than-thou book though, this has swearing and some intimate details of mine but it finishes with a (loving) spiritual slap! A nice slap mind you.
